If you have a vanilla install of Microsoft SQL Server 2005, you’ve probably run into this error (although it might have been a different user):
“Login failed for user ’sa’. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL
Server connection.”
To fix it, launch Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and do the following:

Right-click on your database server.
Choose [...]
