Preparing a FAT 32 My Book drive for Time Machine in Leopard

Today I tried to add a large 1 TB Western Digital harddrive as a Time Machine backup drive. I noticed that the drive was formated FAT32 so I attempted to make 1 massive partition a Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
In doing so I got the follow error message:
Disk Erase failed
Disk Erase Failed with the error:
File system [...]

Displaying the full path of a window in Leopard and Windows.

The one thing I miss from my Windows days is the option to have the full path of an open window in the title bar. OS X doesn’t have this option like Windows does:
Tools > Folder Options > [Views] [X] Display the full path in the title bar
On MacOSXTips.co.uk they mentioned this great command [...]
